Aesthetic gynaecology offers a range of procedures for women, including:

Labioplasty, or the plastic surgery of minor labia, is designed to shape and reduce the labia. This has not only an aesthetic sense. Non-symmetrucal or excessively large labia may impair the quality of everyday life, impede the practice of some sports, and have adverse efefcts of sexual activity. There are several surgical techniques that can be suited to individual needs, with the shaping and wedge procedures being the most common. The shaping procedure provides for the most natural look and is the most common, therefore. Excessive parts of the minor labia are removed and sutured to make them symmetrical with the major labia. As part of the wedge procedure, the excess tissue is removed from the thickest part of the minor labia. As a result, the vagina looks natural after the procedure, too, while it preserves its wrinkled edges.

Groin lifting is designed to reduce the vaginal entry - its excessive expansion may be caused by a natural birth, incision or groin suturing.
