Breast augmentation with autogenic (own) fatty tissue

My figure has never been ideal. I’ve said smiling nature happens to err as it had unevenly bestowed its bounty on me. In time, I put on some weight and extra fatty tissue accumulated on my thighs. Some also appeared around the belly, while my breasts rema

Breast augmentation with your own fat is designed to enlarge your bosom and model it with your autogenic tissue that is redundant in other places and compromises their appearance. The Patient not only obtains a larger and more shapely breasts, but also regains the beauty of other body parts which undergo liposuction.

Details of your procedure

Breast augmentation with your own fatty tissue consists of one, two or several stages. First, the plastic surgeon trims and models more abundant parts of the Patient’s body by means of liposuction. The resultant tissue is purified. The prepared material is transplanted to breasts. It is introduced via small apertures, sewn fine surgical sutures at the end of the procedure.

You can never have enough of your lovely flesh. Each of us must have heard the saying many times. It has its merits. Insofar as large breasts have for ages been regarded as an essential asset to femininity, strength of a healthy person or an advantage of a serial breastfeeding mother, redundant kilos round your belly or thighs don’t go together with the contemporary canon of female beauty. However, what is redundant in one part of our body can serve to enlarge or remedy imperfections in another region. It’s true excessive accumulations of fat work against appearance of a body area, yet they can be utilised as a perfect, natural breast filler in a procedure known as lipofilling.

Breast enlargement with your own fat is an alternative to augmentation using implants. Breast filling with autogenic tissue is a less invasive technique of increasing the size of your bosom recommended to Patients who dream of a little larger, highly natural breasts, as they are afraid of a more extensive surgical intervention and would also like to get rid of fatty tissue from other body parts.

Lipofilling, also referred to as fatty tissue transplant, is a procedure of enlarging and shaping body parts using your own fatty tissue that involves its transfer from one location to another. Fat is a perfect material for balancing breast asymmetries as well.

At first, liposuction is undertaken of a body region where excess fatty tissue has accumulated. The tissue is most often withdrawn from around the belly, buttocks, thighs or loins. As part of liposuction, the surgeon makes small incisions in the Patient’s skin through which excess fat is suctioned with a special device. The surgeon proceeds to shape the area operated on, taking care to evenly distribute the remaining tissue. The material collected by liposuction is not immediately fit for reuse, or injection into breasts. It must be prepared, separated, and purified.

The building material ready for transfer is transplanted via fine incisions in breasts. The tissue is introduced with a small cannula and traces of the short incisions are virtually invisible.

The fat generated by liposuction can also serve to model breasts enlarged with implants. It perfectly smooths any cavities and irregularities, making your bosom look more natural.

Initial effects of the filling and modelling can be noted basically just after a procedure, yet the Patient gets to know the final size of her breasts up to about 6 months after a surgery, that is, after the transplanted material has been partly absorbed. Effects of this medical procedure are natural. Breasts become larger, symmetrical, and more shapely.

When filling breasts with your own fat, your bosom can as a rule be enlarged by one size during a single procedure. Continued breast augmentation will require more procedures of fat transplantation. This type of surgery is perfect for women anxious about a single substantial change of breast size and would prefer to have then enhanced gradually.

You should remember breast filling with your own fat is not going to reduce the existing flaccid and extended skin of this body region. Patients facing this issue can combine fat transfer and breast lifting. As a result of this combination, the Patient acquires a larger, more shapely, and appropriately lifted breasts. It becomes more youthful and firmer and its skin is more flexible.

Frequently asked questions:

An ideal candidate for such a procedure dreams of a fine augmentation of her bosom. She’s not very slim and has enough of her own tissue to be transplanted into her breasts. She certainly has to be in good overall health.

It all depends on the accumulated amount of fatty tissue, of which slim people naturally have less. The quantity of your own fat may turn out not to be enough to enlarge your breasts. This will be assessed by a surgeon specialising in these procedures.

First effects can already be seen after the procedure. Breasts are swollen, however, and seem larger than planned. The swelling will gradually recede leaving no trace after 6 months. Your breasts will acquire their ultimate shape about 6 months after the surgery.

Fatty tissue transplant is a safe technique as your own cells are used, thereby reducing the likelihood of complications, allergies or rejection.

Yes, it will depend on your preferences and be suited to your figure. Please keep in mind, though, more than one fat transplant will have to be carried out to fulfil your dreams of even more ample breasts.

Once transplanted and accepted in a new location, it will remain there forever. Some of the transplanted fat is absorbed during the first few months. 50-70% of the transferred tissue is assumed to remain on the surface. The Patient may wish to undergo another bosom modelling procedure to produce better effects. You should remember, too, breasts will age naturally in time and may begin drooping as their skin collagen vanishes. Their volume will be the same, yet their shape and position may require correction, e.g. with breast lifting.

The procedure doesn’t entail a greater risk of oncological lesions in this body region. The Patient’s risk of cancer is decided by other factors, e.g. genetic load, the Patient’s environment or type of diet. Nonetheless, neoplastic screening sometime after the procedure, which should be regular as part of prevention if you look after your health, is a good idea.

Increased amount of fatty tissue in your bosom has no effect on the possibility of mammography or USG. This is rather hypertrophied scars that may interfere with correct reading of diagnostic images, though this isn’t a rule. Scars are small and not troublesome following a fat transplant, though.

The body’s responses to surgeries are individual. Following the surgery, the Patient may feel some pain in the location of tissue withdrawal and transplant. These places may be swollen. Bruising is possible. The pain passes quickly and most Ladies get back to work after about a week.

Breast augmentation with both implants and your own fatty tissue have their advantages and supporters. It’s hard to say which is best for you without a consultation. Choice of a technique will depend on the end result you wish to attain, the current condition and size of your breast skin, and your readiness for a given procedure.
