Fulfil your dreams of an ample and lifted breasts

Breast augmentation and lifting (mastopexy)

I’d been happy with my breasts until recently. It was not very generous, but always shapely and, I believed, attractive. I had no complexes about it. I’ve had babies and fed them the natural way for long. They’ve grown and haven’t needed their mother’s mi

Breast augmentation/mastopexy is a surgery designed to endow the Patient’s breasts with a size of their preference and a youthful shape with a naturally full cleavage.

Details of your procedure

The course and duration of the surgical procedure depend on method of treatment. To begin with, breasts are commonly enlarged with implants. Mastopexy, meanwhile, envisages leaving a thin scar around the areola, a vertical scar below the areola and, if necessary, a scar in the inframammary fold. Breasts are lifted by modelling the parenchyma and removal of redundant, flaccid skin. Skin is sutured in layers with absorbable or classic surgical sutures.

Breasts are regarded as one of the woman’s greatest attributes. Therefore, a large group of the fair sex want to have an attractive cleavage, identifying beauty of breasts with their generosity. But even a large bosom will not be attractive and enticing if it’s surrounded with flaccid and drooping skin and it droops excessively. Therefore, to produce bigger, firmer and naturally sha breasts, augmentation procedures are frequently combined with mastopexy, or breast lifting. This procedure is recommended to Patients whose breasts have lost their former volume and their skin is no longer firm due to excessive slimming, pregnancy, breastfeeding, less cell collagen, genetic tendencies or menopause. In these cases, enlargement of the mammary gland alone would not bring expected results without lifting. Breasts after such a surgery would be more ample but would continue drooping as the chest skin would be flaccid and inelastic. Breast augmentation/mastopexy is an exceptionally demanding surgical procedure. It can be carried out as part of a single surgery or spread over stages, beginning with enlargement of bosom capacity. Following the operation, the Patient gets a larger, shapely, naturally lifted, and pleasing-looking breast. Their skin is adequately tense and extraordinarily firm. Breasts look youthful. Natural-looking beasts make women feel attractive and beautiful.

As part of mastopexy, the nipple can be raised and the surface of its areola can be reduced to fit its area to the breast size.

Frequently asked questions:

This is the Patient who isn’t happy with the size of her breasts and grapples with the problem of inflexible skin in this area, and a complex of drooping mammary glands.

Initial effects of the procedure can be appreciated after dressing is removed, yet breasts are normally swollen for a few weeks after the surgery. After the swelling recedes, the Patient will be able to enjoy her beautiful and shapely bosom.

Patients can enjoy their beautiful breasts for years, however, results of breast augmentation/mastopexy are not permanent and fade with passing time. Natural and inevitable processes that take place in the ageing human body will cause the skin to slowly lose its firmness and be no longer able to hold the breasts in their original position, especially if they are more ample. Another operation may turn out to be necessary after several years to preserve the aesthetic effects of the primary procedure, though on a smaller scale of correction.

Excessively enlarged breasts may of course be the reason for overstretching of its surrounding tissue. Therefore, during an initial consultation the specialist will listen to the Patient’s expectations and suggest a breast size that will help to preserve results of the surgery, including a firm and flexible skin, for long.

If the Patient is satisfied with the size of her breasts and would only like to correct their ptosis, mastopexy may become the sole focus. The breasts will look more attractive and fuller in cleavage.

The ladies with too abundant breasts, who dream of smaller, naturally lifted breasts, can take advantage of reduction mammoplasty combined with mastopexy.

The Patient and the surgeon will decide if a breast augmentation will be undertaken at the same time as lifting during a consultation after the Candidate presents her individual preferences and her breast anatomy is analysed. If the breast skin is flexible and firm, the augmentation procedure will not require any lifting. In time, breasts, particularly those abundant and heavy, may begin drooping and then can be lifted.

Breast implants shouldn’t be obstacles to mammography. They don’t interfere with diagnostic breast imaging or contribute to formation of unwanted artefacts. The technician must be notified of the breast implants before testing. Our every Patient is recommended to have preventive diagnostic examinations of this body area.

Breast augmentation procedures are not associated with increased risk of neoplastic lesions, including those within the chest. The likelihood of oncological conditions rises if the Patient is genetically loaded, carries mutant genes or has an unhealthy lifestyle. Regardless of size and any procedures breasts undergo, they must be examined on a regular basis, so that any possible changes in their image can be quickly detected and treated.

In principle, these procedures have high risk of affecting breastfeeding. Therefore, Patients planning breast augmentation/mastopexy who like to become pregnant and breastfeed should inform the plastic surgeon about it. In the event, the surgeon will suggest to postpone the procedure until the end of the last accomplished planned breastfeeding. Keep in mind, too, breasts during pregnancy change their volume, which may contribute to stretching of their skin and cause the breasts to droop as a result.
