I hold a master’s degree in physiotherapy and am a personal trainer. For over ten years, my professional work has focused on rehabilitation, supporting physical wellbeing and mindful movement. I have gained experience in medical and rehabilitation facilities, as well as spa settings, developing an understanding of patients’ diverse needs and the importance of their comfort.
In my practice, I combine medical knowledge with hands-on experience and an attentive, caring approach. I build each therapeutic relationship on open communication, trust and an understanding of the patient’s individual needs and abilities. I want every patient to feel heard, understand the purpose of their treatment and take an active role in their recovery.
Outside of work, I am passionate about yoga and running. They bring me energy, balance and joy in movement, while naturally complementing my professional interests.
I believe that caring for ourselves begins with listening to our bodies, and that movement suited to our abilities can become a meaningful and enjoyable part of everyday life.
